water pump? don't think its the bumper, but the fmic probably isn't helping if you are running boost. Also make sure your lower radiator hose isn't collapsing - cheap upgrade is nismo lower pipe to replace hose. don't have much experience with your puller fan, but if you were running the stock fan I'd say check the fan clutch and make sure it is functioning properly. Might also check the CHTS just to make sure it is accurate, cheap and simple replacement just to rule out the obvious. One other possibility is a bad head gasket - can lead to overheating issues if all else checks out. Might do a block test to rule out the HG.
